Brewers Fayre Goffs Park

Charly, Amy and Troy specifically were amazing. Answered every question I had, and gave me a warm welcome throughout my visit. Id definitetly come here again for the service alone! A rarity these days.

I have to be honest, food was not the best however 2 waitresses Helen and Natalie gave me the best customer service I could have asked for. 2 very hard workers who are a real asset to premier inn and Brewers fare. I hope they are appreciated within the company.

....the worst Brewers Fayre in the world. Lackadaisical service from lethargic staff, lukewarm food, kitchen manages to **** up prepackaged food, groups of people smoking weed and puking by the front door, all in all a disgraceful place. Came for breakfast on Monday which was delicious and so much variety. Even managed to get my fussy toddler to eat something! We were served by Abi Emma and as usual the service was fab. We come here quite often due to value for money and it being a kid friendly place and always have a good experience!

Plenty of parking. Greeted on entering. Lovely friendly servers. Very helpful. Order taken quickly and starters came out in a very short time. Everything hot and tasty. Main courses were all served together and with 7 of us that was wonderful. Desserts very great value for money All very clean. Will go again.

Boxing Day meal with family. We arrived 6pm and got seated. Starters came out which were ok apart from the tomato soup which was oily. We all had the roast apart from plenty of meat, which was ok, the potatoes were hard, sprouts hard and everything was just warm. Desert was ok but service was poor. Sat at table… ordered food and drinks from the bar and waited for starters…. 40 min later I asked where they were…. It seemed the food order had not made it to the kitchen… told staff forget starters and we would have the carvery as our main course. The meat was dry beyond belief and in some cases inedible… the veggies were cold and the whole experience was terrible… left without having our puds but at least got some money for our lack of starters. Will never set foot again!

I didn’t read the reviews before we came in this case as a last minute thing, in the right location. We were greeted with a smile and a cheery attitude by Troy at the bar and seated quickly. Our order was taken and drinks dispensed, no problem. We had starters, main course and deserts. The food was hot tasty and well prepared, what more could we ask for. We were served by kristal, who came across as bubbly and attentive, without being intrusive. Breakfast was also eaten here, a good old full English with toast and coffee. Absolutely the worst place I have visited in ages. We booked the restaurant for our family to celebrate what would have been our mum/nan 's 89th birthday she passed away last year and this is the first birthday without her. There were 11 of us in total and we booked online with no issues. We were telephoned on the day to say that the Carvery meat had been delayed and that the carvery wouldn 't be available until much later than our booking time. This wasn 't an issue as we didn 't want the carvery.
