Brook Green - Speisekarte

We tried the Cod and Chips, and the Shepherds Pie, and both were large servings at a reasonable price for London. Very good food.

Walked in with my wife on Sunny Sunday morning, to see sour looks on all the staff. The girl who took our order was so rude I lost my temper and told her to be pleasant. No apology. Always such poor service. I am local and the food is good (expensive) so I keep trying but i am now giving up.

I stopped by this charming restaurant after passing by many times. It's conveniently located near where I work and I found it to be very friendly and reasonably priced. There is a good variety of options to choose from, including traditional breakfast dishes and classic entrees. Definitely worth a visit, I would rate it 8/10. Speisekarte ansehen

Ordered my breakfast, queried my order. Staff were so rude I didn't even bother to stay and eat my food. I've lived in the area for the past seven years and this is a local I will never step foot in again. I've tolerated the staffs rudeness in the past. Can't be bothered anymore I would rather walk an extra 10 minutes to hammersmith

We were staying at the hotel which is lovely and had our evening meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately both of the starters were missing ingredients and therefore were a bit bland.It was recognised by the restaurant and we were compensated for our starters. The mains were ok for a rustic pub meal, which is all they were. Quick service ok meal, service very quick and prompt.

Four years ago Brook Green was more of a Pub even though food was served there. Now with a stunning new make over Brook Green looks like somewhere you would want to eat. The wall decorations and seating are fabulous giving the dining area an up market atmosphere. The outside back area has been spruced up as well.This time we only had drinks here but it was a pleasure to come to Brook Green Cafe Restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen

Decided to stop in for the all day breakfast at 5:55pm...moments before the posted closing time, that I hadn 't noticed. Owner was very apologetic about not being able to serve me. I came back the next morning and had a wonderful meal. The food was good and the prices were better. Very friendly and attentive service. Great to find a restaurant that focuses on producing great value breakfasts without trying to be clever.

Had a Sunday lunch from a set Christmas menu at the weekend. On paper it looked fantastic, but the reality was a complete let down. Shockingly small starter and pudding portions, and the mains arrived with at least 15/20 minutes wait between various meals to arrive to the table. The actual pub itself is very nice and the staff were ok, but the food is really very bad value for money and most of the group left feeling ripped off.

I noticed that some of the bad reviews for Brook Green Café were actually for some of the other places close to it, which is unfortunate because it is being tainted by lazy angry people. So I thought i 'd redress that. The food is cheap and cheerful, just what you want from a proper caff. The staff are all friendly, and you know they work all hours to prepare the day for the customers.They do try to cater for a more 'refined ' taste but its the fry ups and roasts that get most peoples vote.
