This is a young crew, very hardworking and friendly. Due to the high volume of guests, you have to bring some time. But the food was very good and the full beer was really awesome. Recommended in our opinion.

Ich kam auf Einladung von Prof. Dipietri, dem Mosaic-Verein, nach Bamberg, um mein Buch „Ich überlebe“ (Einaudi) vorzustellen. I ordered a crusty roast and received a Schäuferla without asking. I don't think that's right. There were no pasta dishes either, even though they were on the menu and shortly after opening. But I had a Schäuferla, which is a roast in Franconia without cooking. I also have other guests who can confirm that I had a Schäuferla and not a roast.

Eine nette, junge Brauerei mit einer köstlichen Auswahl an Bieren. Die Atmosphäre wirkt moderner als klassisch für eine Brauerei, was mir persönlich ein wenig unangenehm ist. Die Speisekarte ist sehr überschaubar und, das ist wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache, haben die Gerichte meinen und den Geschmack meiner Frau nicht ganz getroffen. Der Service war schnell, freundlich und einwandfrei, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung.

We were there for lunch today. Table reservation via the app was uncomplicated. However, our table was in the middle of the aisle and because the entrance door was always open, we were constantly sitting in the cold draft. We also had to wait an hour and a half for food. When I asked (after 1 hour) how long our meal would last, they said 5 minutes, but the 5 minutes turned into almost 30 minutes. The price-performance ratio was highly praised online, which is why we chose this restaurant. However, we were not satisfied with it.
