More staff are needed behind the bar to take orders, especially a lunch time.

I love the Bryncoch Inn. The staff are always very friendly, and the food is very tasty and good value for money.

Nice welcome, service a little slow considering I was the only one at the bar, food good in general but the chips needed 5 more minutes in the frier

Food is amazing. Really enjoyed the food that me and my partner had. Can't think of anymore what to improve. Very satisfied and prices are affordable.

Food was as you would expect from a sizzlers, but toilet door had no lock and the seat was not fixed to the pan (quite a contortionist keeping everything together!!

Here for lunch and a burger with potatoes and a side salad. Never before eaten the outstanding burger and I am am amazed with the taste and texture it has. An espresso finished the meal perfectly.

Well just got back from trying to have a family birthday for my granddaughter 5 today. Well most of the food order's where wrong bits missing wrong stuff on plate that wasn't ordered food was over cooked. And that's after waiting ages for food in the first place. Definitely won't be going back. This is the second time now and the last I'm sorry to say.

Absolutely applaud by the experience I had up the bryn tonight. So looking forward to going there since its been refurbished. Not much has changed basically apart from new fabric coving and carpet. Ordered on line which didn't go through so ended up ordering at the bar. Food eventually arrived,or should I say 2 main meals. Mine turned up about 5 mins later. I ordered a sauce with meal which then turned up 10 mins later and our garlic bread turned up 30 mins after first meal was served. It just goes on which I m sure you get the jus. It wasn't only us that complained but actually 4 other tables. Never go there again

Upon arrival the table with our name on was wet, previous customers glasses still there and an empty silver cutlery pot. I had to remove the glasses myself and dry table with a serviette. Also on the table was a reserved from 8pm by someone else. Which put pressure on straight away meaning we couldn’t just relax and enjoy but had to rush things along. Ordering food was easy the girl that served us at the bar took our order and the food came out perfectly. The food was cooked perfectly for all on the table and we enjoyed with no complaints at all. 3 of the table ordered desserts and they all came out individually.
