The service is extremely slow. I’ve been waiting for my meal for almost 40 minutes. Employees aren’t enough for such a crowded place. Please fix these issues!!

The food was good cheap but the service was extremely slow I was waiting for 10 minutes to ask for my food it locate in the corner of the plaza urquinaona the chocolate shake was very good

Just wanted a quick bite to eat after sightseeing all day. Our hotel was just around the corner so this was last stop before going back to the hotel . I have to say that the service was extremely slow not sure how they can make any sort of profit with what they are selling. Only one server on there were 4 people in front of us and had to wait 20 minutes to order as all of the self service machines were out of order and then another 15 minutes to get food which was only just average and only Luke warm. Mac Donald’s only 2 mins away go there instead Speisekarte ansehen
