"My best friend lives nearby to this lovely little coffee shop and I thought it would be nice for Christmas to get her a selection of Christmas treats from here as I know she uses it regularly and I have popped in here with her for milkshakes and cakes, when I have been to visit her and her lovely girls. The customer service from this small business was incredible, she knew my friend by name and even knew that she had already ordered a Christmas cake from here and kindly recommended switching the Christmas cake in the order for one of her favourite Guinness cakes. Seeing as she had been so accommodating and friendly I asked as a special request if she could put English muffins in as they were a fond shared childhood memory of ours and Corene replied straight away and said she could, no problem. Such a lovely touch that you would probably never get from a large corporate company. I already felt great that I had supported a small business and their customer service really made it a very pleasant experience. I know this year they have extended their range due to covid to provide fresh eggs, milk, lockdown essentials for lots of the locals to have somewhere easy to get these things in a difficult time and just wanted to spread the word of how wonderful they are!"

"I'm writing very rarely critiken, but we had so good service from waiter in zero quattro, I wanted to thank you for such a beautiful evening and excellent service. the waiter made our night, and a reason why they were back on a large Italian menu. we had 3 courses and everything was tasty, well cooked with plenty of portions and very cheap. the 3 of us have rated everything high and recommended a visit. we'll be back soon!"

"The service at this restaurant is excellent! The staff is great and very friendly and welcoming. The manager, Rene, always makes a point to stop and say hello to my family whenever she sees us, even if she is busy. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and their service is always accompanied by a smile."

"This was our first experience eating in a few weeks ago and I couldn’t feel more uncomfortable when we entered. A very rude and disrespectful woman, short blondish hair), she looked like the owner. She looked at me up and down and failed to say hello- a look of why we were there. When I told her I had a reservation- she was stunned and was very dismissive and after I said we made a reservation she was rather perplexed. We were sat to the table and given one menu to start with. they had a large group dining too- so took up all the menus). There was a nice gentleman who I believe took our booking who was friendly- that’s your lot! Upon ordering, I had forgotten to order a small portion of egg fried rice and when I asked to place an order, the waitress who took our order snapped and said it will take a “long time”. It was for my 3 year old- rice is a staple dish, which does not involve extensive cooking also pre cooked) I found this pretty unreasonable, how could you deny a child food- they didn’t want us there. The food in general was good- however the staff and ambience was abysmal. As an owner, you should be welcoming and friendly- the woman who greeted us- was far from this. She did not want our business as she was seen to pander to the large group of customers she had in the restaurant. A real shame, given this could have been our new local. Note the owner: don’t dismiss people who are coming to your restaurant, we are the people who keep your restaurant going. I would really score this no stars for service or ambience.
