We had an amazing experience at Picnic Bench. They provided us with takeaway bags for any leftovers we couldn't finish. Highly recommend this place - the staff were friendly and it was great to see Shane.

Came here with friends for a birthday celebration. Afternoon tea was excellent and reasonably priced for what we had. Shane was super accommodating and friendly. Highly, highly recommend and would definitely go back. Speisekarte ansehen

This is a great little inn . Famous for the Punic bench but we went to the Sunday Lunch and this is top draw also . Service was awesome and you are made to feel welcome . Thank you for making our dining experience one to remember .

Lovely Sunday roast. Easy to book, excellent welcome and good service. Parking is easy and certainly a place for visitors to the area to go when staying north of Hereford. Be aware when booking the Sunday roast, the servings are generous, come hungry!

I went to this restaurant last week with a few friends to try their Christmas Menu. We received a warm welcome and were seated promptly at our table. We had made a reservation for our meal, which was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. I was so impressed that I tried to make another reservation with a different friend, but they were fully booked. The food and staff were great. I was truly impressed and will definitely be returning soon.

I tried to call the restaurant but they did not answer, so I checked online and saw that they are open on Sundays from 12 noon to 5:15 pm. I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told that they stop serving between 1 and 1:30 pm, and it was already 2:30 pm. Why have a website if it provides false information? The restaurant is outdated and shabby, with tacky decorations like autumn leaves on the porch and a flower wall inside. I cannot comment on the food because it seems impossible to make a reservation and actually dine there within the limited hour timeframe. The restaurant and its management need to update their practices to be more in line with the modern era.

Had wanted to go for ages but left disappointed. We had the picnic bench and went on a Friday evening hoping for a good atmosphere, we were the only family in there apart from 5 other people. We'd booked months ahead for the picnic bench which we'd been looking forward to and at £24/head we were hoping for something special.However, we were disappointed that this only included 1 x hot dog, a a small portion of nachos and cheese, a small basket of chips, a scone, jam and cream, a cupcake, brownie, sherry glass of Pina colada and a small glass of a bubblegum flavoured soft drink.
