"Lucarelli is absolutely amazing inside, it is so beautiful!!! My daughter and I visited for her 16th Birthday. We were 15 mins late and the host still accomadated us, which I was very relieved about. All of the food was delicious. We did have an issue with the focaccia being missing from the sharing plate but the waitress soon corrected this with 4 small slices between the 2 of us which was not enough. Other than that I can not fault the presentation of food and drinks, desserts were particularly impressive. Half of the staff were friendly and the other half were not. In particular one of the waitresses was rude and miserable which put a dampner on our evening. This was very disappointing and upsetting. We paid a lot of money and I expected an overall fantastic experience, with great food ambience and service. I tried not to let this spoil it but it was very difficult because my daughter and I had heard fabulous things about the restaurant. When the bill came over I was not given time to look at it before the card machine was presented. When I checked the bill after there was an optional £15 service charge, which I would have refused to pay due to the inadequate service overall. I would still return but ask not to be served by one waitress in particular."

we had two pasta dishes, a pizza and wine. the food was excellent. the restaurant was very busy and we had a quite wait for the food to arrive, but well worth waiting. this was a really special meal and we highly recommend this restaurant.

We were really luck to have been able t book a table for a party of 7 on the day of our visit. The restaurant was very busy. The restaurant had a great vibe and was tastefully decorated for the season. We were greeted immediately on arrival and quickly shown to our table. Service was relaxed but attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. There was a great range of choice on the menu at prices to suit all budgets.
