"Very good lunch with friends we had not seen for sometime. We chose the set menu so couldn't use Gourmet card except for drinks but still good value. Only quibble my husband was told he could have a sweet and main in place of the starter and main but we discovered later that he had been charged the £3 surcharge for the sweet! We will certainly be back in the New Year."

The food was great but we did have long waits between ordering and getting food and long waits between courses which isn't ideal when you have kids with you.

we use this restaurant for family births and special occasions because eating is excellent and the customer service fantastic we are welcome and the employees are always trying to help my older vater who has mobility problems

It was okay, but not great. the staff was in order, but the restaurant was busy very quickly and the level of the service went something. my wife and I had the salate; both were ok, but not brilliant. overall a ok experience, but I made the feeling somewhat disappointed. I would dinate in caffe rouge again, but will not rush back.
