Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi, con verdure crude e gnocco fritto, casoncelli bergamaschi, guancia di manzo con polenta e porcini, il tutto accompagnato con Barbera al bicchiere e, infine, un semifreddo e un loro dolce tipico detto il Doninzetti.
