We enjoyed the best coffee, sandwiches and pastries. Great service, attentive staff. It was lovely and warm inside. The coffee was so good i went back to get a takeaway one for the train ride back to Firenze. The fresh biscuits were fabulous Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It overlooks Piazza San Michele, has an internal room with external tables. You can find excellent cocktails and many desserts. Very kind and helpful staff. Advised. I stopped for a coffee and a fruit juice. Unfortunately, when opening the juice, the waiter spilled half of it on my jacket, trousers and shoe. Oh well, that's okay , but I honestly expected that this inconvenience would be recognized at the time of payment. Instead, despite the fact that we drank half the juice and the other half on my clothes, we paid for it in full. Besides the damage there is also the insult!!!!!! Not even. Service: 1

Reprehensible experience. I was very sick and I went into that bar to use the toilets. I say good morning and I get an answer. I was visibly in a terrible state, so much so that I couldn't speak any further and practically ran away to the bathroom. When I go out still in pain, the staff sees fit to scold me, accusing me of not having said hello and above all of not having bought anything to use the toilets. If they want to know everything, for the luxury they THINK they have they have a bathroom that isn't exactly the best. In zero time public humiliation like few others. I apologized endlessly but I also felt poorly understood. Zero humanity!
