Classic breakfast with hood and brioche. the brioche was really good and well stuffed.

elegant and fabulously beautiful bar. clean and neat environment. very kind and friendly staff.

fully satisfied. a short half-morning breakfast during the visit of novara. a husband at the tiramisu and a puppy-brown. Both of you.

The seafood hamburger was inedible. Cold octopus leg and wilted greens with lashings of mayo on a half stale bun. All cold. Drinks OK and parmigiana ok.

I went by chance because my baby had thirst, inside a nice room with aged furniture and retro mirrors, and pleasant to see the staff work carefully the creams they prepare. I like courtesy to customers and fast serving. It was a nice morning.

Forse una giornata no, ma abbiamo mangiato più male che bene. Siamo abituati a questo stile di cucina quindi non si può dire che stiamo esprimendo un giudizio negativo perché cercavamo altro. Deludente. We enjoye fine dining but objectively and unfortunately we did not eat well at all at Bistrot, which is quite surprising given all the hype. Maybe a bad day for the kitchen? I would not go back to test this theory, so many excellent restaurants in Northern Italy to return to, this one can just get archived as a bad memory.

I do not dilute much because I share the opinion of those who put 3 stars, but I would first like to dwell on what I really enjoyed. I leave from the service that I have considered it superior to the average among the different restaurants, the team is young from the kitchen to the room, very well informed and attentive to both the customer and the description of the dishes. Regarding the latter the risotto was something really outstanding, I don't think I ever ate such a good rice. Overall, the dishes are served with art, real masterpieces but not all dishes are as good as beautiful. A couple of dishes I admit I didn't really understand what they knew, but it's probably the fault of my unus...
