Ca'puccino - Speisekarte

A group of 4 of us sat for 15 minutes in an almost empty cafe with little acknowledgement and zero service. Gave up and walked out !

Fast service. The tiramisu coffee is a must-try, delicious and light. The cappuccino is also light. Price vs taste: okay (more expensive than costa). Price vs volume: lacking.

This restaurant has a lot of positives, such as comfortable seating, decent coffee, and a great variety of cakes. However, the service is lacking as everything takes a long time, even for just a couple of coffees. Speisekarte ansehen

Loud place. Long waiting time. One of the server made a mistake on the lst drink, took it back straight away, never came back and then all the server were looking at each other arguing and waiting for someone to take action. Annoying and **** experience

Visited for lunch on a Saturday. Ordered chicken breast which was dry and chewy seemed to have been overcooked and only served with a small portion of spinach. Lasagne was ok but have eaten much better elsewhere, again small portion. Would not go there for lunch but would consider a coffee.

I have visited this restaurant a few times specifically for their cake and chocolate. The hazelnut hot chocolate is outstanding, and the pastries are also delicious. I haven't experienced long wait times, especially when I visit past 7pm on Sundays when it's typically less crowded. The staff is lovely and very courteous. Speisekarte ansehen

My daughter and I were looking forward to a girls’ day out this Easter shopping and a good cup of tea or... Capuccino perhaps! When we arrived at Westfield’s at Shepherd’s Bush London, we discovered that most shops were closed. Except for some eateries of course. We decided to console ourselves with some pastries and Capuccino and to our horror, we were disdainfully turned away!

I’ve been there few times with some friends,I have to say that the cappuccino is really good and also the cornetto are super nice,the only negative thing is about the service,and is not because of the waitress that served us when we came,I think that only 1 waitress in the floor and only 2 behind the bar are not enough to cover a place like that. So maybe the manager should think about it..

Just wanted a coffee so seemed the logical place to go. We liked the informal nature of the seating although we found some of the chairs by the window a bit hard. Flopped into settee type chairs towards the back. Despite the place being quite quiet with 3 waiting staff around, we just seemed to be invisible to all of them. Since we were not in a hurry, we weren’t too bothered but eventually we did get served. There was then quite a long wait until the drinks arrived and a far longer delay to pay the bill. Normally we would have walked out long before but being so hot outside, we were perhaps glad to delay our departure. Speisekarte ansehen
