"We had an amazing time, all in this restaurant went beyond and beyond to make our night special. First they have a ride service for people staying in Pompeii! The ambience is perfect, beautiful decorations and music. They offer a blend of traditional Napoli dishes and cooking dishes, we tried some of each, and everything was amazing! The salmon stare was a fresh and delicious take on tartars, both the traditional and cooking pasta dishes we tried were perfectly cooked and had really great taste. Our deserts were also amazing, we let them choose for us and got a delicious tortta and a raspberry cheesecake. Very recommended if you want to have a good meal in Pompeii, I think you will be in great hands."

"This was a absolutely lovely place with a beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. You can tell the owners really care about the food. My wife had the grilled seafood and it was amazing. Swordfish, octopus and shrimp. I had a lovely salad with steak on it. Both were perfection. If we were staying another night we would return. We bypassed it later because we wanted to try different places. We should have just gone back. It's that good."

"This dining experience was utterly ruined by the appalling service. Admittedly we did not book in advance so we had a table outside, right at the end of the row. However we gladly accepted this. We then had bread and water delivered to the table. We then had to ask for menus, then ask for drinks before waiting a further 35 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The wine list was 34 pages on an iPad plonked in front of us! We ordered a bottle of Rose and a glass of red wine, which arrived in about 10 minutes. The wine was opened with due ceremony, including sniffing the wine cork) and poured into three of our glasses. Despite having purchased the bottle it was taken away by the waiter. My wife then pursued the waiter into the restaurant to inform him we had purchased the bottle so could we please have it back at the table. Food arrived, which to be fair was good. I asked for another glass of red wine 10 minutes later it hadn’t arrived so we asked again. Another 10 minutes, it still hadn’t arrived. When it did I had finished my meal, so I sent it away. The whole episode was largely down to the incompetence of a new member of staff, but nevertheless one has to question the level of training this person has received and how well they are supervised. This restaurant purports to be more upmarket and towards the fine dining end of things it needs to ensure its staff are of equally high quality!"

"A disappointing dinner in a pseudo- osteria that betrays the expectations of an authentic Italian culinary refuge and turns out, instead, to be a real gastronomic disaster. Starting from the name, osteria evokes an image of warmth and tradition, but what we found was an environment more suitable for unaware tourists than for true connoisseurs of local cuisine. The first courses, while passable, did nothing to redeem the overall experience. The real downfall in style was the mixed fry: an assortment of fish that seemed to have been caught more from the freezer than from the sea, resulting in inedible. The fries were also a disappointment, lacking the golden crunch you would expect. Incomprehensibly long waiting times. In summary, an experience not to be repeated."

"Abbiamo trovato il posto casualmente dopo essere usciti dagli scavi di Pompei alle 15 circa. Nonostante avessimo interrotto il pranzo del personale ci hanno servito velocemente e super cordialmente. Antipasto misto buonissimo e molto abbondante, specialmente buona la zuppa fagioli e zucca, piccante e saporita al punto giusto. Abbiamo poi preso 2 primi da condividere, dei ravioli alla rana pescatrice e ricotta di bufala con sugo di pomodorini gialli e degli scialatielli al ragù alla bolognese; erano entrambi buonissimi ma i ravioli in particolare erano incredibilmente gustosi ma non pesanti, li avrei mangiati a colazione, pranzo e cena. Anche il vino era molto buono e ci è stato servito con una cura degna del dio bacco, per rimanere in tema scavi archeologici. Tutto sommato esperienza ottima, posto super consigliato e personale davvero davvero preparato, gentile e disponibile."
