the site is beautiful and the rooms are super clean but the restaurant is not what it was: the kitchen is quite normal to throw in bad. regarding the spa, because of the covid we couldn't enjoy it much time

Large rooms and comfortable beds. you have everything you need in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer. the thermal pool is not very large but you have enough to relax. you can even take an infusion. pretty good breakfast buffet, lots of variety

I've just been in the hotel cafe and the unfumable coffee outside of putting it in a glass of whisky because the waitress says it doesn't have a dishes. once a year we usually go relax there and we've always come out more than satisfied and happy. The spa of 10 and the meal of 20. personal attention to the customer and its involvement is more than excellent, making the stay much more comfortable. As long as we can make a stop at the hotel cafeteria. The attention there is spectacular. The last three times we passed we were treated with elena, a super nice waitress that my daughter loves. food is very good and always tries to adapt dishes with allergies and intolerances. have a team of waiters and an exceptional kitchen

Olmedo might be one of the most boring cities in Spain. It had its height around 500 years ago. Thus, you don 't go here for sightseeing. I guess the hotel thought the same; no one would ever come here . And then, it happened. It was the first time in my life I had to queue up for breakfast. For a hotel with 80(? rooms. During a stay of 2 days, there was no availability for SPA or treatments. So basically you 're stuck in a city with nothing to do for 200+ a night. The staff just goes yeh, we 're fully booked with a smile. Seemingly the first time, or you 'd plan for busy weekends. Such a joke, really. Speisekarte ansehen
