Great place for a meet up to have a bite to eat good value for money food was hot drinks were fab staff on bar were amazing had a good chat with them in the pic with all the drinks in that went in one drink.

we had here a brilliant evening/night! started with a meal that was lovely and then danced the night away to a fantastic dj. the atmosphere and the amount here is super, little on the small side, but so it is worth

I love this place. the best Mexican food I've ever had is not open every day and its website is terrible so when they plan to make it in advance. even if I take into account these inconvenience, I still think that it is worth 5 stars, as in the 15 years I have eaten here, I have never had a bad meal! This is a fantastic spot to meet up and grab a bite to eat. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. The hot drinks were excellent, and the bar staff were amazing—they were friendly and great to chat with. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially with all the drinks we enjoyed!

Last Friday, we celebrated my daughter's birthday at Charley’s Horse with a party of 16 people. Her friends gave the most positive feedback! The service was fantastic, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, going the extra mile to ensure everyone was happy. The DJ was electrifying, and everyone had a wonderful time and left feeling really happy. I highly recommend this place!

charley's horse is a quaint little spot that serves up delicious food with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure your dining experience is top notch. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was absolutely fantastic! The meat was tender and flavorful, and the BBQ sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Our company event at Charley’s was a fantastic experience. We reserved the venue for our team-building evening, and the food was excellent—probably the best Mexican cuisine I’ve had in a long time. We also enjoyed some amazing cocktails, and the bartender was incredibly friendly, accommodating all of our group’s requests. To our surprise, there was a DJ on a Thursday night, so we decided to extend our celebration, and I'm glad we did! Everyone had a wonderful time. As the organizer, I highly recommend Charley’s in Windsor Square. I’ve already booked it for my team’s Christmas party!

La Perla it ain't. This place serves the worst margarita i have ever had the misfortune to try. Maybe in the 80s, when limes were harder to come by, using lemons in margaritas might have seemed acceptable, but in 2017 it's akin to serving pasta with dried powdered parmesan As if that wasn't bad enough, the bar staff made us a jug of this so-called margarita with a homeopathic dose of tequila. They were eventually persuaded to add more but it barely made the sour jug of bitter lemon more drinkable. They didn't even salt the glasses. A very disappointing experience, i can't recommend it to anyone who likes tequila or margaritas. Shame.

Such a shame this place has changed so much from what it used to be. Sadly even though we were told we could be squeezed in' when booking ahead, we were the only ones there. The portions were a lot smaller than previous visits, quite a few of the items on the menu scribbled out and a few of the Mexican beers unavailable'. Then at 9pm the club music started, despite only being half way through our main course and left without attendance. I had to get up to go and ask for our bill after waiting and then the card machine wouldn't work because of the railway line'. The restaurant has been in the same place for decades. So disappointed.
