Chettinadu - Speisekarte

We are regular visitors. We like the food here. Serves good portion of main course with real Indian taste. Spring rolls were not good I would recommend this restaurant who wants to have tasty filling meal.

I have been few times to this place. The restaurant offers pretty good food with sufficient quantity. But quality is not up to the mark for the price they charge. But still a decent restaurant to try some South Indian cuisines.

It was a lovely experience having food at this restaurant. Food was so delicious at affordable prices with enough portion. Those who look for south Indian food don't look anywhere else. Just drop in here. Tea was amazing, perfect blend of milk with tea.

If you want a decent Indian (spicy) nonvegetarian then you should try this restaurant. Chettinad is a town in Tamilnadu famous for spicy tamil food. I like the chicken chettinad that they served. The service is quite. The ambience is nothing much to speak of.

There aren't that many spots doing decent Indian food in Paris, but this is one of them (and surrounded by others of them, as it happens).You can (and should) get a dosa bigger than your torso for about €7. And the cauliflower 65 is one of the best things in the whole wide world.

This Sri Lankan restaurant was a welcome break from the crepes and omelette/steak/chicken with chips available everywhere. I tried the vegetarian thali and experienced flavours that I had not had before despite being half Sri Lankan. It also came with dessert for just 7 euros and the beef thali was the same quality and price. This was actually the best meal we had in Paris and also the best value for money.

I love that place. I go there everytime I can. It's not very near Gare du Nord you should walk some minutes, but the taste is amazing. I took a thali the last time with a lot of dishes , I am never dispointed about the savour, spicy and spicy. Perfect for people who want discover the real south India taste. But the entries are not very well, so simple and same for the dessert. Just take the main meal and Lassi.

My wife and I go there at least once every year. This time they clearly tried to rip us off. So, I won't ever go back there. This was not an honest mistake: they forgot to bring one item we ordered, acknowledged that they had done so, but demanded that we pay for it anyhow. We had exact change which they refused. I explained in French (their French is poor) and English (non-existent despite their claims to the contrary).

If you're looking for tasty South Indian and/or Sri Lankan cuisine then look no further! We were most impressed with the authenticity of the food and the efficient service at Chettinadu.The restaurant is packed during lunch time with South Asian patrons so you can be assured that this is one of the better restaurants in the vicinity of "Little India". The restaurant is clean and comfortable , and is certainly very good value for money.
