Chetinadu Restaurant is a nice place first. The atmosphere and the team are warm and welcoming. I had the opportunity to taste several dishes and I am extremely happy with the quality of their service.

So, at the reception, a super nice lady. She even asked me if I wanted water because I sweat a little, which is rare today. I ordered two dosa paneer, so the sauces I didn't eat but the dosa is a real blow of heart, I think only in the indest we can do better. The waiting time is actually a little long, but it is worth the dosa I ate.

We tried Chicken meal and biriyani for dinner, which was rather average. The serving was large though, which can almost feed a small family. Staffs were not very attentive, but helpful when called into action. We had to wait several minutes for simple take-away. This seriously inexpensive Indian restaurant in the Indian area just south of La Chappelle metro station offers seriously tasty no-fuss food in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. The service is somewhat slow (preparing the food individually which might be a problem for some but...not for us. This restaurant will probably become our favourite and most visited in this (Indian) area.

In my top 3 of the best Indian restaurants tested in my life, in the Paris region (and I have tried many). Here, we eat India, in its most traditional way. Everything is tasty, well cooked, well seasoned. If you don't like it too spicy you can mention it, but still expect fragrant flavors. I recommend the Thali, and its farandole of small accompaniments, or the Dosa Masai, a huge pancake served with condiments. The staff is kind and attentive, and the place is family-friendly. Very affordable prices. I will come back, for sure.

I ordered a Chicken Madras Curry with plain Rice. A few minutes after placing my order, the Madame came to see me and asked if I would like my Madras spicy. I'm not sure if my answer was very correct but I said that I...was aware that the French palate did not favour spicy food but, I would like my curry to be a bit spicier than that. When my food arrived it was perfect, a fair quantity and an excellent flavour. The plain rice was also perfectly cooked and to die for. My Chicken Madras Curry with plain Rice came to Euro and they did not charge for Papadums.
