Cozy France bistrot with good music, red lights and typical france design. Surely is not a turisty place and that's what I liked more. Just young Parisien clients . Even the burger was very tasty and good. great value for money.

Pleasant,old style brasserie,made by the excellent staff don't go here to spend all your time on the phone as there's no wifi but my daughter and I had a great couple of evenings here on warm nights when it was too early to...go to bed! Speisekarte ansehen

I googled where do the French eat in Paris and this place is on the list. I took the metro to Saint Dennis Station to reach this location. The restaurants clientele is laid back, bohemian style. My choice for lunch satisfied my senses and appetite.

hipster joint. hipster road. super busy on weekends. opposite is le which is also very vibey. smokers galore. good looking crowd. only came for drinks but could easily come for food and soak in Parisien youth culture. the road is great during the day...also. plenty going on to see and smell

This is a pretty busy area of Paris, lots of similar cafés around and bakeries, and we went pretty early so many places were closed and we settled for this one. My experience was that the waiters were a little rude as soon as they...heard us speak Enlish, which is expected in Paris, but it sort of threw off the rest of my time at this place. One of the definitive cool' spots in Paris and one of the first on Faubourge St Denis. The staff is always friendly and super hip and the music is always on-point. It seems like their menu as shrunk a bit as they're focusing on cocktails...a bit more, but they do provide a small menu of nightly specials. My dad had the best pork chop of his life while I enjoyed a large salad and wine.

We stayed not too far from Chez Jeanette so spent a couple of nights here as it was in easy walk of the hotel once we'd had a few drinks. We did not have food but arrived late evening for drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere...inside and good service. Crowded but in a good way, seemed to be a mixture of locals and tourists. We enjoyed drinks so much we went back again the next night. Would recommend if you're staying in the area and want a bar not too far from your hotel.

We're living in Paris for a few months and Chez Jeannette is a local establishment. We've tried it a couple of times just to make sure the first was not just a bad day in the kitchen. Both unfortunately we're pretty terrible experiences. Starting with.. off hand service' to poor food. The place is in an area that has plenty of competition but this place is not cutting it. There needs to be a complete change in their attitude, quality of food and a real clean up of the premises. Speisekarte ansehen
