"I am often close to vetan, and it is a wonderful place to walk or just relax at a good day and look at the wonderful panorama over the main aosta valley, just over aosta at 1,800 meters above the floor. it can be cool, but on a good...sonn day it is worth the trip up there ristorante notre miason (book before, especially in august and at wochenends) I am home to the hotel and the good people who help to keep the small village alive and also accessible under heavy winter storms. they really need to be praised for this place staying open all year round. However, we have explored several restaurants in the Aosta Valley, and we know that it is really difficult to eat good food. if they get used to the good selection of cheese and meat that they can buy in local shops, then everything else is nothing extraordinary. there are however some dishes that are worth trying at least once: toppa alla valpellinese (Fontina cheese, brot and cauliflower,) carbonade (meat,) polnta, caffeine alla valdostana (coffee with snaps, they drink it from a large wood cup) are only a few typical dishes go out of the var. when they eat there, they remember that they help to support local families who try to keep distant places and local traditions alive."

Dinner is a continuous coconut: from the entrèe in homage to the pressert to the genepy, always in homage. exceptional wine charter. High quality raw materials. Bring very particular and appetizers: pappardelle with cheese, butter flavored with truffle and sausage raw, creamy soup with pores with tomato ice cream. Outstanding deer fillet. Excellent desserts. Owners very good as well as the boys who work there. Right price for the quality we had. To return... and return."

"Lo chef Corrado Michelazzo, che a suo tempo aveva portato una stella Michelin a Cogne, conferma la sua bravura. Ho provato il menù degustazione insieme al l'abbinamento dei vini e sono stato soddisfatto. Proposte interessanti con abbinamenti di sapori a volte ardite che, però, all'atto pratico risultano azzeccate. Dal mio punto di vista un'esperienza sensoriale apprezzata, in teressante la proposta di alcuni piatti che derivano dalla quindicinale esperienza dello chef in estremo Oriente. Non ho guardato la carta dei vini quindi non mi esprimo, però quanto assaggiato nell'abbinamento al menù è stato di notevole livello. Servizio elegante e professionale, gestito quasi interamente in famiglia. Locale accogliente e di classe pur con rimandi alla tradizione rurale valdostana. Prezzi corretti per qualità e servizio. Esperienza da ripetere."
