"On holiday in the area, we were tempted by this restaurant. Don't let yourself look like the dishes. They may seem simple but they are nothing! What flavors... beautiful! Servers are professional, available, for you and friends. The food is, as indicated above, very good. Quality, freshness and flavours are at the rendezvous. "By chance we, slightly demanding restaurant visitors, visited this unpretentious gem in Narbonne Plage. And now we wonder why we didn't discover it earlier? A warm welcome from the owner himself, detailed and patient explanations of the small but exciting menu full of surprises: samosas...à la chèvre, crème brulée foie gras or a salad with pulpo and tuna tataki with a dressing with lemongrass, to name just a few, EVERY dish was perfect. Add to that the friendliness of the owner. Anna is obviously a passionate chef and while chatting with her (in our bumpy French) you can feel her enthusiasm for her métier. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We are already looking forward to our next visit."

"Family dinner at the end of October. Easy reservation by phone with a friendly person. The evening reception was colder, without a smile. We wanted to order a child menu with fish; They tell us there's no fish. We're going down on the chopped steak. We continue the order with 2 burgers; The waitress tells us we can only take a burger because he has only 2 chopped steaks! . No other dish suitable for our daughter, we inform that we will finish the aperitif and that we will leave. Finally, after a little painful exchange between the chef and the waitress we hear! , we are informed that a steak will be chopped from another meat so that we can have 2 burgers and a fries steak in the children's menu. What served us was good, without it being exceptional. Nothing to say about the dishes. However, it is very curious that a restaurant that records at least two reservations of 5 people another table also reserved its service with only 2 chopped steaks in the kitchen and no fish available in the children's menu. In short, very mixed experience with this restaurant, without it being negative. But I think we're not coming back. PS: prices are pretty high."

"The restaurant "La manufacture des Karantes" was the heart of my day stay in Narbonne-Plage. atypical in its cozy setting and unlike the majority of other restaurants with their endless menus which sadly prespend frozen and/or "micronized" products the factory offers fresh products in a very short, but very successful card. no more or home dishes including burgers. all this divinely elaborated. I chose the karantes burger and I really enjoyed myself. I am a real burgers amateur and I have often had the experience of the rather classic burgers who sometimes have the same taste. Here it wasn’t the case, I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste of each item proposed in the burger: chutney that brings softness with a very light cinnamon taste, nuts that give crisp, zucchini tagliatelles that bring marrow, confit oignions, tomatoes, pickles, coppa and county have made that cegering homemade fries and a pretty salad not decorative, as often happens, but made with as much care and taste as the rest) have completed the dish. The selection of local wines must also be highlighted. a pretty red "The slap of the estate The Angel (syrah, grenache, carignan) fruity and relatively light contributed to the perfect deal with my delicious dish. In short, without pretension, without chichi, a very warm and human service and very good dishes, these two professional artists: alexia (sculpator) and jean paul (photographer) have been able to make this address one of the prettiest I visited in Narbonne-Plage.
