"What a delightful place. The manager at the hotel recommended this place for seafood. It was quite the delight. We are a family of foodies, and we all had amazing dishes at this restaurant. We had a selection of oysters that were very fresh and delicious. We ordered fish from the board, a sole for two and a sea bass. Both were excellent. both came with amazing rice from the Camargue region. our neighbors had the octopus which looked delicious as well. Desert was ok but paled compared to the main dish. Service was excellent with the owner and manager also working the tables to make sure that things were ok."

That's the bistro where I'm going to hang out if I had to stay for a while at dead leagues. Maybe a little expensive but hearty and good.

this hot rose with a tapas ice bucket that are not:8 shrimps and gratined knives without any taste, you need to reclaim bread to have it and the very salty addition for a snack without taste

affordable menu at noon, the map remains quite expensive (15€ for mozza di bufala tomato that says excellent)! Nice service! Only flat, the bread was stale. Positive point: away from the tourist square!

This restaurant was recommended to us. Glad to have come and really not disappointed. We ate the mussels and razor clams and the clam pasta... everything was very good. A treat! Go there without hesitation and remember to book. Speisekarte ansehen

excellent authentic and regional cuisine and an atmosphere of laughter. Marta the boss is worth the detour alone. not to be missed if you know and love to laugh and eat without being swindled as is often the case with Dead Aigues.

"My girlfriend was riding a bike ride and one of our stops for the night was in Aigues-Mortes. our guide recommended the peacock bistro and we went to the city walls to locate it. it is found that we were in Aigues-Mortes on the same day as their annual celebration of the feasts of Saint-Louis, so the community was full of space and visitors. we managed to find the paou bistro in one of the side streets and even if we had no reservation, we had the chance to have the last table available for two. they do not offer paper menus because everything is written on some large portable black tables that are displayed so that you can make selections. our server took care of us quickly and we both ordered inputs and a glass of wine each. our French-language capabilities were sufficient to enable us to communicate effectively! We both selected local wines and they were very kind. a lot of bread was provided and we looked with wonder the restaurant filling up and the small team of servers took care of everyone. our meals went out in time and the presentation was very attractive. I ordered a lamb dish and my girlfriend ordered grilled local fish. Both meals were fantastic, they were cooked to perfection and very tasty. Vegetables were provided for both of us and I had potatoes with my lamb while my girlfriend had rice with her fish. We also ordered desserts and they were served quickly and were also delicious. As the evening went on, we noticed that it was a challenge for the servers to follow everyone, I suppose that because of the festival, it was probably more busy than usual but they managed to serve everyone with a smile even if they were a little overwhelmed. . we spent more than a week in france and we both agree that it was our best meal during this period!"
