Yes, they could offer a wide range of gluten-free pizzas, but the base and crust was hard and very chewing. Service was fast

Absolutely delicious pizza. Found this spot when looking for gluten free options in Monopoli. Discovered an extensive gluten free menu and all pizzas available gluten free. This was the best pizza I have tasted, even including pizzas I have had before going gluten free! We also sampled some delicious appetisers, recommended to us by the wonderful Donato. Thank you for a delicious, satisfying meal in Monopoli!

great pizza, friendly and polite staff, medium/long waiting times, the room inside is very hot, although the air conditioning had the windows open (I suppose to circulate the air.) I do not give the maximum pointing as eating inside I would have expected to ask me the green pass..so it was not when I booked or when they made me sit. the only security measure were the windows open. a little bit for a very small place.

Wow, oh wow. This is a pizza restaurant where you do not get the regular, standard, normal pizzas. These pizzas are made with dough that is light and delicious, and the toppings are so interesting and innovative. Mine had fresh tuna, fried courgettes, yellow tomatoes and f’or di latte (very soft mild cheese). My partner has fresh tuna, pistachio cream, toasted almonds, tomato sauce and same cheese as me.
