Didn’t stay they don’t take cash, no good to any of us as we pay cash not cards that could be cloned or robbed! We liked the look of it but won’t be trying it!

Good choice of dishes, but portions were tiny. Had a medium which included 2 choices. I opted for the teriyaki beef which was mostly water and caramel chicken which only had 4 pieces of chicken. Very disappointed!

I have just returned home from the pines, where I had great customer service from Ritchie in Chopstix. He had a huge welcoming smile and was more than helpful with giving me options on what to pick for my toppings :

Perfect food as always and the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Laura. The food is always tasty and good size portions and nice and hot. We go every time we are at the shops, it's something we look forward to.

Against our better judgement. Bland/overpriced/ rubbish. When will we ever learn. Cardboard noodles with the smallest portion ever This place is seriously rubbish just go to McDonald’s next door at least you know your buying **** before you start so no expectations

the Thai curry and the sources were very nice. was good, but tasteful rest of things seemed only mass made with not much to produce tasty food. one for me, but my palate have been for really well acquired thai, Chinese eating as foodie, so for a normal not so fussy consumer it will be good.

Chop Sticks is my go to one off treat now and again. I came in early evening of Tuesday 17th October. Very happy with my food; it's always tasty. As for customer service, the trainee, Ethan serving was fantastic. He was happy, chatty and welcoming. He is a great asset to your team. I really look forward to returning sometime in the future. Thank you!

Fantastic food and choice that keeps me coming back for more. Generous portions and great flavours! Lara who works at Chopstix Bridgend is amazing and always welcomes you with a smile and has even got to know what my order will be before I get to the front of the queue. Her customer services is fantastic, and nothing is ever too much trouble. If there is a customer service award scheme, she should definitely win it!

Came to eat at 1820 on sat 4th March….,only 3 dishes left to choose from!! The server told the staff that he wasn’t cooking any more food…then stayed cleaning the glass counters in front of us!! Huge queue of people behind us which by the time they got served could only have salt and pepper chicken….to add to insult …cook was still cooking to get online orders out!!! Staff obviously wanted to leave early tonight !! Lots of angry people…such a shame as love this place and food is outstanding …attitude of one of the servers was disgusting…we will not be back!
