Coffee#1 - Speisekarte

We stopped by for a quick tea. We weren't provided with a spoon and the staff seemed unfriendly. The decor was lackluster.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee and amazing flapjack. We drop in here often and the staff are welcoming and have worked hard during the lockdown

The coffee and carrot cake at this restaurant are fantastic and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, with very friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Called in for a light Saturday lunch. It did not disappoint myself and my elderly mother. Great atmosphere and extremely friendly staff with an excellent service. Great food and drinks. Wide range of products available to cater for all tastes. Would recommend a visit to all and definitely would return again here sometime when in Stafford.

Popped in today after a busy day at work with my friend hoping to grab the last wrap before closing, the male barista looked at me and rolled his eyes and shook his head! I hadn’t even got through the door! I know you were closing soon but this was rude! We all having busy days at work and just want to go home but don’t take it out on a paying customer! The decor and style is great let’s be honest. The coffee menu brilliant and the atmosphere is nice But The staff at the weekend when we visited were to be honest off putting, didn’t really know what they were doing, unwelcoming not really great in the hospitality industry. There were three soups on the menu but when we came to order only one available plus it came out of a plastic pot that was bought in. In this case why bother buying the soup for them to re heat? The tea was extremely weak, the milk jugs that came with the tea were dirty and also the tray served to us were wet AND dirty! We visit here quite often as it’s dog friendly. The tables in the window have signs next to them saying that it’s an area for dogs but often people without them sit there leisurely reading their papers meaning that we have to sit elsewhere. We always try to find a table out of the way but still close to the dog area and the door. There’s one member of staff who moves us if she thinks we’re not in the right place but on other occasions when we’ve visited there are dogs (not service dogs) sat much further back and she doesn’t ask them to move. I drove from Manchester to Stafford to meet my mother, Nanna, and nephews, along with my 20-month-old son. While we were at the cafe, my nephews were trying to make the baby laugh by playing peek a boo. They were being well-behaved and stayed at our table. However, a staff member approached me and informed me that there were some complaints about the baby making noise. I was shocked and disappointed by this experience, as the boys' behavior was completely fine. As a primary school teacher, I understand how children should behave in public.
