"I came this noon to eat on the terrace. I chose pizza at the procciutto. We need to know that these pizzas are square, crispy with a thick paste. "Déjà trois fois que je me rend au pur sang et toujours une entière satisfaction. Fraîcheur et viande qui sorte de l'ordinaire sont aux rendez vous ! Je suis triste de voir certains commentaires lamentable , étant dans le domaine de la viande , le patron ne se moque pas de nous et nous propose des viandes d'exception qui ne s'achète pas comme un vulgaire steak charal! La viande maturée est un procédé ou on laisse "moisir" La viande pour avoir ce gout s'y particulier, et elle s'épluche avant dégustation donc génère de la perte ! Client connaisseur ou amateur de viande, foncez! Les autres rdv au Buffalo à 15 euros le menu ! ;-)"
