Great scones and great coffee. Friendly staff. You can sit outside and still be inside! Panini, teas, milkshakes and smoothies. Lush.

We were a party of vegans and gluten free. The menu accommodated all our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place for a sociable lunch in very nice surroundings.

This restaurant is fantastic, with extremely friendly and energetic staff. The food and coffee are top-notch. If you're a fan of a full English breakfast, this is the perfect spot to visit if you're in Hereford. Speisekarte ansehen

I adore this café. The food and coffee are both delicious. The jacket potatoes are outstanding and the homemade cakes and scones are mouth-watering. The customer service is exceptional and the coffee is delightful.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is wonderful, and the food and drinks are delicious. Levi and Josh, the two young men who work on Wednesday nights, are incredibly talented at making exceptional coffee. They are friendly and attentive, always asking about your day and taking the time to get to know you.

Visited Hereford on a day trip whilst staying nearby. Spoke to some people on the street, who recommended Cookies for its cakes. We were nit disapponted Were welcomed by the owner, who told us we could bring the dogs inside. He also came over to fuss them and gave them sausage! I had a delicious Kinder Bueno cheesecake and my husband and dad had lovely big scones. Needless to say, dogs and humans were all very satisfied! Speisekarte ansehen

Really lovely local independent cafe, staff so nice and friendly, good quality food and coffee, lovely place to sit and catch up with friends. Been going here for years. However only 4 stars because since becoming vegan just over a year ago there has never been a single vegan cake on offer when I've come to get coffee and cake with my friends or family, and one of the staff even said she is vegan herself! It's a bit sad when everyone else is eating cake and you just have to sit there, not even a pre-wrapped little brownie or anything.

Mixed thoughts on this place, met with some friends for coffee and decided to have a bite to eat. Very limited choice for breakfast even though there are photos of a full English on their pictures but not on the menu ? .Cookies breakfast consisted of 2 rashers of bacon, two poached eggs, beans and a piece of toast which my friend had without the beans. £5.50 which I thought was steep. My other friend and I had two poached eggs on ONE piece of toast, £4. When looking at the menu I read you could have a piece of toast for 75p so that means they are charging £3.25 for two eggs? Have visited Cookies on many occasions and enjoyed great coffee and great service. Unfortunately not today. Called in for drinks and toasties. Drinks arrived fairly quickly but not the food. We waited a while, even after we had finished our drinks, but still no sign of them. My partner went in to check and the girl at the counter said she would check for us. Well the toasties turned up a few minutes later, obviously having been just quickly prepared, evident from the warmed slices of cheese rather than melted, with an apology for the delay.
