"This place has always had nice and helpful staff inside, able to provide a quick/quality service, but it's always so dirty, the seats are full of stains and the toilets stink!! The people in charge need to have someone to focus mainly on keeping the shop clean and tidy at all times and clean the toilet thoroughly and frequently throughout the day. Beeing busy is NO EXCUSE. How do Macdonald's do it?!?!?"

My delivery didn't come but the delivery man came to explain but did not understand him . Tryed ringing Costa but no one answered the phone .

If you like the café ambience, it can be your go to place. The staff is nice and friendly. Always busy but the smooth operators never let you wait for long.

Had a lovely day when I went to Costa with my Mum and Sister, we treated Mum for her birthday and I decided to get a slice of carrot cake with a large chai latte.

How dirty is this place? Not been in a Costa before, but I thought they would at least be clean. The seats are absolutely disgusting! Hot Chicolate was nice though.

the food wasn't as hot as we liked it to be, my daughter didn't want it as it was too cold for her to eat as she has autism. plz make sure the food it hot for her as she won't eat it cold.

I love Costa in Southport but I'm afraid I can't give it a high rating because the place wasn't very clean and the toilets could have done with a thorough cleaning. I didn't mention this to the staff because they were very busy

Very disappointed as I go to Costa Coffee outlets when ever I am out and about, I don't mind the price increase, but don't skimp on the hot chocolate and fresh cream. As well as that, the seating needs urgent attention looks very worn and dirty. Area Managers need to be out and about. I must say the Formby Costa is a credit.
