A very refined cuisine very gustative and original, but a waiting time too long for a 3-course menu 55 minutes before entering and then 30 minutes before the dish and 30 minutes before dessert ... very bad for a starry the idea being not to be taken hostage especially on a lunch time! Point to be improved especially for a restaurant that plays in the courtyard of the big ones!

An excellent discovery during a dinner. Everything was perfect: quality service and pleasant reception. Very refined dishes with a cuisine in connection with its terroir. I would particularly retain the veal dish of the Arrée Mountains with a hatch at the eighty bay. A Earth Sea blend we remember. A quality price ratio that makes you want to come back. We experienced this passionate couple before getting their well-deserved star. We are faithful consumers of their products sought with tenacity and rigor. This is how our taste buds sparkle with joy. Laititia left the kitchen to take care of the room, takes care of its beautiful air-conditioned cellar. She also knows how to separate herself from a winemaker less than usual.
