Wonderful food and service in great location on the Green. Extremely friendly staff and landlord. The fish and chips was the best we’d had.

we enjoyed a drink, sitting outside and watching over richmond green. it's a great place. I went in to order the drinks, and it's an interesting and historical pub, worth a visit.

We went as a group of 4 to watch the England v Scotland game. Service was excellent, we were looked after throughout. Good selection of beers, ales and whiskeys. Food was excellent as well. Great banter with our server and bar staff.

Great vegan options !! I’m not vegan but have a dairy allergy so a lot of the time when I eat out I go for the vegan option to make it easier !! Blown away by the flavors and great beers and cocktails paired with...super friendly service, made for a great date night ! Speisekarte ansehen

From our first interaction with the staff until the last we were made to feel most welcome. Lovely relaxing environment with friendly and capable staff. This pub is the jewel in Richmond’s crown. Food was superb, we had the Roast Beef which was the best...I’ve tasted for a while, and for dessert the apple and rhubarb crumble, again delicious. This was our first visit but it won’t be the last. Many thanks to Josh and the team for looking after us so well.

Shabby Chique with perhaps the emphasis on shabby. It could really do with a refurbishment and was a bit of a disappointment given where it is. I didn't like the non NHS App check in and I didn't like the beer selection. If you didn't...like IPA, Trendy beer or Lager, the choice was limited. I also do not like the insistence on card payment only. I am personally a bit fed up with venues that do not accept cash and can't help thinking that this is far more a convenience thing rather than a Covid transmission initiative. This is not good, but I really think your staff are great; all engaged and enthusiastic. They are your greatest asset but unfortunately was not enough to make us want to stay....

with such an amazing location (only a few meters from kew garden’s elizabeth gate) we expected that eating the usual price for tourist, but all the dishes we ordered were really extraordinary! that included the meal of my man who is a celiac. He...has made an exceptional hand burger in a rustic, gluten-free roll with gluten-free three-fold boiled chips. he said the chips were the best he ever had in a restaurant or pub. I had a trio of pub snacks and I must say that the Scotch egg was the best thing I ever had with a beautiful soft egg. my son had the fish and chips. the fish was cooked in a really crispy teig to perfection. the pub itself is beautiful with a really cozy interieur in winter....
