Another utterly wonderful visit to the best restaurant ran by the most top top top bloke that is Om Prasad Gurung MBE. Has it really been 25 years…

Saw the reviews for this restaurant on Tripadvisor and decided to give it a go. Wow!! Absolutely amazing meal, really lovely staff and the lovely owner was a joy to talk to. Would definitely go again if we’re ever in the area.

Terrible service, cared more about take away customers than restaurant customers, waited over an hour for food, the table behind had been waiting over two hours and walked out as did we. Sort out your priorities and customer service Speisekarte ansehen

It’s been a while since we last went to this wonderful restaurant (23 years). Absolutely lived up to expectations. Friendly folks serving brilliant food. Our son’s first visit “The Best Chicken Curry, I’ve ever had”. Definitely won’t leave it so long until the next visit.

We’ve been meaning to visit for years and finally made it last night. Absolutely lovely meal, such fresh flavours in all the food. And absolutely lovely service too, such a warm and friendly welcome from everybody and it continued right through the meal. See you again soon

Having only eaten Indian food I didn’t know what to expect, but I have discovered Nepalis cuisine I won’t go back. The food was excellent a lot lighter and more flavoursome than your typical Indian restaurant. The staff were attentive polite and very friendly, as for the owner he is still every inch a Ghurka Sgt Major. Definitely visit again but will bring friends next time. Speisekarte ansehen

We have been to this restaurant several times, and order takeaway regularly. Whether you have takeaway or dine in, you are assured of a friendly and warm welcome, excellent service and delicious food at really good prices. This visit was for my birthday, and it was a lovely way to start the evening! Thank you to all the team for another fabulous experience with you. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Our second visit Wow, this place rocks. We went with two friends, as always, the staff are excellent, very polite and friendly, the owner has an enduring smile and a personality to match. The food was excellent, all 4 of our group enjoyed a memorable meal. Interestingly this restaurant is busy even on a cold and damp Thursday evening, that tell you loads. Oh yes, I had the chilli sausage as a starter and the Nepali beef, which melted faster than butter. Well done, thoroughly enjoyed the food, the generosity of the staff and the ever-smiling owner. धन्यवाद

Warm friendly welcome from the staff and the food is amazing. We booked a table and we're glad that we had as there was a steady stream of people coming in to eat and they were also busy with takeaways. Starters: meat momo x1 Mains: sizzling lamb chops no. 38 without sauce, with chips! ; beef pahdi no. 39 mild with rice ; chefs special prawn no. 46, with rice . Drinks: cider x2 £3.60 ; large glass wine £5.10 . Meals were hot absolutely gorgeous. I could definitely have had a hot beef pahadi, but I'll have that next next time, as we'll definitely be returning. Speisekarte ansehen
