Trattoria Cucco offers solid Italian fare with attentive service, though the atmosphere indoors is a bit dull with its beige decor. My partner was really excited about coming here because of all the fantastic reviews. The service was excellent but the food was okay. We had the octopus salad and it was very bland. Nothing special. Then we had the long pasta with shrimp and artichokes. Unfortunately, it was way too salty. The shrimps were excellent but the dish was way too salty. For our main dish we had fried mixed (it was good but was missing some kind of sauce). It just didn’t have a wow factor. We also had the fish of the day with artichokes, which was slightly overcooked. The salad as a side dish was good. We also order a tiramisu (nothing special).
