Small shop with a unique concept. Unfortunately the food didn't convince. Somewhat bland and the seafood not fresh (maybe because it is off-season now Friendly staff though, I hope they can turn the quality around.

Usually in the center, in any city, it is not easy to find quality food, top service at affordable prices. Cusà fish lab, on the other hand, forgets all this: you can see from a mile the passion of those who work here, prices are moderate in front of an exceptional quality. It's recommended for agrigento. courteous, kind, prepared staff. extraordinary cuisine. a refinement in the ingredients worthy of a starry restaurant, a culinary skill that becomes art. unforgettable octopus! exceptional quality, exceptional fried never unto, exceptional presentation of dishes. incredible for what would be a humble takeaway sandwich!

sandwich with marinated fish, really well studied to exalt the gouits inside, size of the little but well stuffed sandwich. prices are slightly high but there can be. the weak point are the seats mostly outside the place located in the street where you can not avoid the passage of cars and pedestrians in the winter period of Saturday night.

restaurant definitely recommended, with very defined qualities and defects: the fried really amazing, probably one of the best I tried. also good shrimp tartare even if not balanced in flavors. the frisella, however very disappointing: tasteless and anonymous. the menu is a mixture of very interesting dishes at cheap prices and other dishes inexplicably expensive.
