Lovely evening spent on Poole quay at the Custom House . Great food and drink. The atmosphere is buzzing . All the staff are polite and friendly. Great experience.

Well presented food and good portion size. Staff well great and sorted a last minute walk in table. As far as Poole quay is concerned, one of the better places to eat Speisekarte ansehen

We enjoyed our first Post lockdown drink outside The Customs House on Monday, the staff are Lovely and the have made a real effort to keep People warm with a gazebo Pods to sit in,

Delicious food, mostly eating fish here and always quality is super. Atmosphere in restaurant is warm and homely. Stuff is just great, always friendly and smiling. Definitely going again and can recommend for everyone.

Stopped off for a bite at lunchtime and had the Thai mussels. Absolutely the best mussels I've ever had in my life. So big and succulent and so fresh. The sauce was piquant and so tasty and the chips were excellent too. Would definitely go here again when in the area. Speisekarte ansehen

Excellent bacon sandwich for breakfast this morning! Coffee was top notch also. We really liked this place, inside is cosy, warm and inviting. We sat outside in the winter sunshine, blankets are available if it gets really chilly. Dog friendly. We will be back to sample the evening dinner menu.

This was a wonderful find, great food, great service and a lovely place to eat. I am glad we walked in and out of two other places (even though at the time I was grumpy about the poor service, The custom house restored my faith in pleasant service. The food was quick and very tasty, it’s the first time a gourmet burger delivered on the promise! Will be back to visit this great cafe in a lovely building

The pub was busy therefore had to wait 20 mins for my meal which couldn't be avoided as there were so many customers. They checked with the chef the waiting time and the delicious meal I had was well worth the wait, it was well cooked and extremely tasty with all its flavours. The staff were very friendly, caring, empathetic visible and approachable bringing me an enjoyable experience on my visit from South Wales, I even witnessed one staff member going out of her way to give directions to a passer by looking for the railway station despite being busy.
