Seeing the other tables ... arriving after starting to eat similar dishes and not having even one piece of information from the staff is definitely a 1 star service. I understand that there may be problems in the kitchen, but the customer must be informed, normally action must be taken to overcome the problem, perhaps by bringing an appetizer, an appetizer offered while waiting for the course.
