this place is amazing. best and cheapest meal we had in italia. Moreover, they were super nice to our children (1 and 3) and even brought them ice and bandaid when my son ran and fell on the pavement. recommend the mixed grill and the antipasto (picture.) they have an English version of the menu, but no one speaks English, all Italian eat here. Note that the name is slightly different from what is in google, they simply search for borgo and they will find it.

Delicious Casoncelli ! We stayed nearby and every day we saw that the majority of tables outside (or maybe even all of them were taken. We were confused because both (Dal Carlo and Bar Basket turned out to be the same place : The outside garden is very cosy, service we have waited very long time to order food, but I understand that since it was very crowdy. I must add that we were able to order (and receive drinks almost immediately after we sat at the table. I recommend this place

We were on a trip to Bergámo for 2 days. The first day we ate at Borgo and it was fantastic. We left happy (and a little bit tipsy because of the limoncello from the house, two times) Great service, very nice terrace, with a good atmosphere. (was no table available after 30 minutes) Unlike other restaurants the tables at Borgo (outside) had enough space between each other. We enjoyed our three courses, wine, water, icecream and coffee. (menu for €25) Never had a meal as cheap and nice as this one in Italy for that quality and that much. Will definitely come back. Speisekarte ansehen
