I decided to have dinner here on the evening of the epiphany, driven by the excellent reviews and... I can only confirm it.. Mr. Dino and his staff immediately make you feel at home... genuine dishes made with love... personally I chose the homemade tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms..superlative..not to mention the apple pie and the always strictly artisanal ice cream..if I return to Biella I will certainly go to Dal Dino..thanks again for your kindness..the friendliness and the great food.

I went with the family and we had lunch with: Piedmontese appetizers (sublime) tagliolini with browned bacon and pecorino (me) fresh tagliolini with mushrooms (for others) various and delicious desserts, homemade. Wine? I tasted a local red wine that went well with the tagliolini. Honest prices, generous portions, genuine cuisine, kindness and care from the owners in abundance. Definitely… to return!
