"Revisited old firm favourite after COVID enforced break. Atmosphere and decor still great but service completely off. Welcome very mediocre. Food service shockingly slow. Arrived at ordered promptly, anti-pasta served after mins wait. Mains didn't turn up until after (having had to...chase twice). One of my guests had to leave promptly at (not unreasonable for a lunch) which led to a rushed finish. Worst of all, the waiter filled our wine glasses to the brim, finished the bottle and then immediately asked if we wanted another. Crass in the extreme. I might expect that at Spoons, but not Daphne's. To top it all off, my mushroom risotto (normally a reliable stalwart) was quite bland. Come on Daphne's, you need to do better."

The staff is very discriminating and partial, they took the defense of their frequent customer, who has been very rude with me, justifying the act by saying “he is a famous person here”. I really felt disgusted.

A firm favourite however when our booking unexpectedly changed from to people at a pm slot , despite the fact that there was an available table for we could not be accommodated dislike this greedy policy intensely.

came here to lunch in December and ate in the bar. great equipment and vibe. the personal was not the kindest. the workers in front of the house were nice, but the bar staff and the waiting staff were not so friendly. the free bread basket was a whole hauch. Speisekarte ansehen

just one of the best. Personally charming and attentive, without being annoying. Eat unmistaked and easy, which requires great trust and raffinesse in the kitchen so well to pull off. prices are very reasonable in terms of quality and location, etc. I can't see how it could improve. the perfect evening in Italy.

Lovely decor, very friendly waiters which is why I think the evening was great fun- they were the highlight rather than the food. The lobster pasta was a total let down. Three of us had this dish and essentially you are paying for a bowl...of spaghetti with minimal tomato sauce and pieces of overcooked lobster- VERY disappointing dish. We had the Burrata with daterini for starters nice but nothing special), the prawns were nice, the scallops were nice for me but not my friends, the aubergine dish lacked as well. The beetroot and pomegranate salad was nice and fresh. Burrata with truffle is a nice dish but definitely a starter dish rather than a main. No almond tart available for dessert whic...
