Fish was covered in a batter which was like leather, it was hard and glutinous terrible. Chips were cold and more bits than actual chips. You can't fault it, you can get anything, fish n chips, kebabs, pizza, chicken. The guys there work fast and are always nice. And they've got an app too.

Steer clear, only went here because of the naan kebabs and I must admit the food is okay, however, the portion sizes are tiny. I won't be going back, The Dug Out is far better value.

Fish and chip delivery,delivery fine all downhill after.Large cod cold and batterless,small cod cold and no bigger than my index finger,Chips coid,small ,dry and inedible.Never again Probably worst meal i have ever had and i am 80.

they love the Chickentikka wrap with a part of chips. place can sometimes become a bit hectic. preordered, but had to wait an additional 12 minutes, as the delivery drivers were first served. recommend the place. extra parking space around the back when you need it. Speisekarte ansehen

Not happy at all. Ordered an extra large chips and sausage special. The portion of the chips was the smallest portion of chips I have seen from a chip shop. Literally a handful of chips. At the cost £4.35 for a few chips, sausage and a little pot of curry sauce was a joke. Will not be coming here again.

Hardly any chips. Cash only in a Covid-19 environment and they handle the cash then touch the food without washing their hands in between each time they do. Absolute disgrace. How can a food place be asking for cash only. It’s a joke. Too tight to use their card machine which they do have. Instead they are spreading the virus just so that can save money.

"Wow, what an amazing place for gluten-free food! This fish and chip shop is incredible, with exceptional customer service. My friend and I took our children to Drayton Manor last Saturday, and ended up staying later than planned. On our way home, we needed to find something to eat for both the kids and us, but since we are both gluten-free (coeliac), we knew it would be a challenge. I decided to search before leaving the park and found Oceans in Tamworth. It was only 8 minutes away and on the way to Nottingham, so we decided to give it a try. Despite getting a bit lost, we eventually found Oceans in a small shopping area and parked our car. When I asked if they still made gluten-free food, I was surprised by the owner's enthusiastic response. He was incredibly helpful and showed us their wide range of gluten-free options, as they had been making gluten-free food for 18 years. He provided me with a menu that included not only fish and chips, but also other delicious items like gravy, onion rings, lemon pepper fish, etc. He also showed me how they keep all gluten-free ingredients separate and clearly marked in the kitchen. While waiting for our order to be freshly cooked, he even gave us a sample of chips and gravy to try. The food was incredibly delicious, and it was the first time I had enjoyed fish and chips in 10 years! He also treated us to a taste of the delicious lemon pepper cod. As coeliacs, my friend and I also received a free bottle of gluten-free chip vinegar. I ordered a large cod and chips with gravy (which was so good that I wished I had just ordered that instead), and got a child's portion for my son."

"Totally forgot to take pictures of the food we had brought because it was that good we ate it so quick !!! I was diagnosed coeliac last August and have been struggling with the GF diet, most of the foods I 've tried aren 't nice at all. Someone told me about Belgrave Chip Shop last week and having a full size GF menu, so I had to try it!! Well, we wasn 't disappointed at all when I say we, its because my husband who can eat anything off the menu, was tucking into my GF fish bites and GF chips. They were that good, he said he would have them over the normal menu We live the other side of Tamworth to Belgrave but will definitely, 100%, be making the trip when we fancy a 'chippy tea '. Thank you so much for making the effort to do GF, it makes the world of difference to people like me, x I 'll be sure to post this on the GF support pages I 'm following too, along with a picture of your menu"

"During our journey on a narrowboat through Fazeley Junction, we decided to get some takeaway from Kudos. We were quite satisfied with the chicken tikka balti we ordered - it was reasonably priced, delicious, and had generous portions of meat. The garlic naan, while not as strong in garlic flavor as other places, was still enjoyable. In comparison to a previous takeaway we had from a nearby restaurant, Kudos was much better in value and taste. We will definitely opt for Kudos for our next curry when we are in the area."

"This establishment serves the best fish and chips in the city. All fish and specialties (such as halloumi, roasted mushrooms, etc.) are cooked to order. Generous portions of all dishes. Excellent service from the staff. Unfortunately, dining in is no longer an option, so it is only available for takeout."

"Nice aesthetic in the restaurant, the team were nice although the front of house lead just seemed very angry and nit picky over minor things which was a shame to see as she was basically humiliating her staff in front of our party of 20 odd she did appear to be quite tyrannical. Food itself interesting menu although the venison burger was a real let down with a standard cob rather than anything fancy to create a bistro feel, thin burger was undercooked, potentially the reason I had a dodgy stomach the next day, not much of a range of larger or ale, although plenty of spirits for cocktails which I unfortunately didn’t get to try. I personally would give it another chance due to having such a large party can be stressful and hopefully it was just on the off chance for them."
