This restaurant was absolutely terrible. It took 2 hours for our order to be delivered. When the food finally arrived, the chicken and beef dishes were barely cooked, and we couldn't even eat it. We definitely won't be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.

I’ve read the reviews but can only comment on my own experience. I’ve just had probably the best Duck with spring onion and ginger that I’ve ever had from a takeaway. My wife had the chicken which they did without ginger (she doesn’t like ginger! but substituted water chestnuts excellent. Fluffy egg fried rice. Thank you for a lovely, hot, spicy meal with plenty of onions and vegetables.

Ok so let’s have some balance. It’s not amazing Chinese food….but it’s a pretty decent takeaway. It’s as good as anywhere else in Rough and I’ve done them all so no way I would go out of my way to go elsewhere. Get what you would expect -not amazing but it’s ok…erm except the chips….think I’m going to have to agree with the negative nellies as they are…..**** but if I want chips I go to the chippy

I ordered a takeaway and received contaminated food in the form of a long black human hair inside my beef dish. This has now been reported to the environmental health department at Charnwood Borough Council and Just Eat. The food was also overcooked/nuked Very disappointed and angry customer just waiting now for my refund Avoid this takeaway at all cost unless you want food poisoning and lost of money.

just had a chines i had happy family you could not eat it it was full of pepperijust gave them a call and told them that i could not eat it becuse it was so peppery and the chips was old and warmed up it was rubbish they said thats how we cook are food so i said is there any thing you can do he said no so people do not waste your money at this **** chineese becuse they are not botherd as long as they have got your money dont use this place its **** and i mean **** downt get caught out like i did

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from! The driver phoned me up and asked me to walk to the traffic lights at the bottom of the road to get my food, Got 3 out of 6 item wrong, labelled two orders as spicy when ordering neither had any chilli in what so ever, phoned them up they left the phone on the side while screaming at each other then hung the phone up they now won’t answer the phone! Will never be ordering here again and I’m about to drive up there to drop the food off and demand a full refund! Disgusting!

We ordered a takeaway for 10 over the Easter weekend..we had several different dishes and almost everyone was very happy with their food. The Cantonese chicken was delicious as was the vegetable chow mein, the egg fried rice, sweet and sour crispy chicken, the spring rolls and the barbecue ribs. The only disappointments were the crispy shredded chilli beef which had a good flavour but was quite tough and the satay sauce which seemed unusually runny. We would have given 5 stars had the chilli beef and the satay sauce been as good as the rest.

My family of four was deciding on a local takeout option and came across this place with mixed reviews. Despite our initial doubts, we decided to give it a try. We ordered King Prawn Chop Suey, Lemon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken balls, rice, dumplings, and a very spicy Hot and Sour soup. The food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. It was not as greasy as some other places we have tried. The dishes were flavorful and the portion sizes were generous. The prices were reasonable for takeout. Overall, we were very satisfied with our meal and would likely order from here again.

The meal at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Not only was the food poor, but the customer service was also lacking. The sweet and sour sauce with vegetables had a strange smell and odd jelly-like pieces in it, resembling the smell of a horse farm. However, the sweet and sour prawn toast was fine. When I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, they refused to help, citing that no one else had complained about it. Using the lack of complaints as a measure of their food's quality was disappointing, especially on a Monday evening when there are likely many unhappy customers. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
