Very nice to pup, friendly staff and good beer. Watched a band there. Sun was shining, very good day.

This is a proper pub serving great food which will definitely fill you up, great service from the very friendly owners, good choice of beer and sports if you want it ,big garden area if the weather is good,lots of banter with the locals good fun ,a proper pub Speisekarte ansehen

We went in for lunch today as we where visiting the aqueduct, we got a lovely roast dinner with braising steak then cake and ice cream afterwards , it's a shame everybody goes to the pub by the aqueduct and waits an hour for food when this little gem is just up the road ,would definitely recommend

Fantastic Sunday roast. Best I've had in ages. Traditional roast with all the trimmings, proper homemade delicious. Staff super friendly welcoming. Catered to our very fussy son, very accommodating. Lovely garden areas for kids to play around. Very relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a sunny Father's day

A great place. The only things on the menu are things that they can cook for you! The food was good at really low prices and the beer was excellent. This is what I want to see in a pub rather than a menu as long as your arm with everything precooked and 'pinged '. So much better than other local offerings. Speisekarte ansehen
