We came for New Year’s Eve and Maddie was our amazing waitress she was amazing very friendly and helpful, all of the staff out amazing thanks for making our new year so good then came back for breakfast was yummy thank u Food drinks: Amazing everything Service: 5 Location: 5

Charming pub/hotel with a delicious breakfast and friendly, attentive staff. The only drawbacks were that my bedroom faced the road and had single glazing, making it quite noisy. Additionally, the window paint and bathroom grout could use a thorough cleaning. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4

Myself and two friends had a wonderful lunchtime meal here today celebrating my birthday, served by Maddie who looked after us very well , giving us time and explaining anything we asked . Wonderful place. Stayed overnight Christmas day and everyone was helpful and friendly. The only niggle was that the room was on the colder side at night, but the room was overwise great. Lovely shower, bed was comfortable and no issue with noise outside the room. Breakfast was fantastic. Had the full English, no notes, everything was perfect. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

We dined in the lead-up to Christmas and reserved a table for six. The restaurant was quite busy, and unfortunately, the food was served lukewarm, lacking flavor, and didn't match the descriptions on the menu. Several members of our group returned their desserts because they were unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend visiting during December, as they seemed unprepared for the evening we were there. We enjoyed a fabulous Christmas day meal at the Eaton Oak last Monday. My family and I have dined there before and the food was excepionally good the last time so it was no surprise that the festive fair was going to be good as well however they went above and beyond good. It was superb. The food and the service were excepional. I would thoroughly recommend eating here. The extensive menu is likely to please most palate's and I'm fairly certain that if you have specific dietary needs they would do their very best to accommodate you, because that is the sort of place it is and the staff go all out to please customers.
