"There's no point in making a reservation since you still end up waiting like everyone else outside. We booked for 2:15 but weren't seated until 2:45. The jukebox was broken, which was really disappointing since we were hoping to introduce the kids to the fun of an American diner. The staff seemed too busy to pay attention to us, despite our attempts to catch their eye. We ended up getting our own drinks. It was only when we had almost finished our meal that a staff member came by to ask how everything was—too little, too late given we were already having issues with our meal. Overall, the experience was lacking."

The potions where very small, they must of only been a table spoon of beans, the bacon looked like it had been cut up into small pieces, plus everything was cold. Really disappointed I wouldn’t say it was great value for money.

The experience was disappointing from start to finish, primarily due to the lack of attentive staff. I waited 15 minutes just to place my order, and after that, it took another 20 minutes to receive three soft drinks. The food was bland and mostly overcooked.

We booked our annual Christmas dinner for ourselves and our two children at 5:30 PM. However, the entire staff in the restaurant refused to open the door for us. We booked but when we turned up, we were seated and weren't seen to, to order for at least 20 minutes. Once staff did come over to take our order, they informed us that several main menu items including wings, onion rings, waffle fries, etc were no longer available. We were disappointed as we were going to order all of this and also annoyed that we weren't informed this as we walked in and instead after waiting 20 minutes so we ended up walking out and eating elsewhere, as did several other customers.

Staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else then working. We went for breakfast around 10:45am and waited over 20 minutes for at least drinks to be ordered. In the end we had to flag down a miserable looking server who had such a bad attitude and ask her to take our order. Waited nearly half an hour for the food and it wasn’t anything special. For 3 adults to have one plate of breakfast and one child, 3 coffees and a tap water it was over £43! I wouldn’t call that worth it! Specially as there is a pub nearby that does the exact same but cheaper and better quality.
