"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. I had high hopes for an enjoyable meal, but unfortunately, there were several issues that left me dissatisfied. Firstly, the excessive saltiness in the food was quite overwhelming. Almost every dish I ordered seemed to be overly salty, making it difficult to enjoy the flavors. Moreover, the water served was not cold, which was rather surprising and quite unpleasant. The unfriendly service added to the overall negative experience. The staff seemed disinterested and distant, failing to provide the welcoming and attentive service that I had expected. The culinary disappointments continued with an undercooked steak. It was not prepared to the desired level of doneness and ended up being chewy and tough. Additionally, the grilled vegetables were also excessively salty, and the fries were both oily and overcooked, resulting in an unpleasant texture. The most disappointing part was the pizza, which appeared to be overcooked and hard, almost as if it had been reheated from an old batch. This made it extremely difficult for my children to eat, and they were left quite unsatisfied. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the accumulation of these issues greatly impacted our dining experience. As a loyal customer, I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider addressing these shortcomings to ensure that future patrons can enjoy a better dining experience at your establishment."

we had dinner two nights in this great restaurant with the tables facing Lake Vico and we were both satisfied: both for meat and pizza dishes. Young and courteous staff, just waiting times considering the full of August. honest prices.

I celebrated my birthday here yesterday, in the Coptic room reserved to us, set up by them beautifully. the exquisite and abundant food, the staff dedicated to us, jacomo and mattia, available and attentive to meet every need, not to mention the naomi who managed the whole egregiamente!
