Flippin' Cheese Aberdeen

The Mac and Cheese at Prince of Bel Air was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside, but medium on the inside - and the mac and cheese was amazing.

I had never tried a cheese fondue before so I really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly. However, the menu was a bit limited as some options were not available.

Came here a few days ago and I can't stop talking about it, let alone thinking about it. The food was phenomenal and the service was just as wonderful. I really enjoyed my experience here, I will definitely be coming back here soon!

Absolutely fantastic! The mac and cheese, raclette, and grilled cheese were all delicious, with a top notch variety of cheeses. Our server was wonderful, she made excellent recommendations and was very friendly. This was one of the highlights of our visit to Aberdeen!

the best mac and bee I had. huge selection of cheese to personalize the court after a laune. the prices correspond to the rest of the earth. the place still finds its feet, but I'm sure it'll soon be a 5-star house. the personal was cool and friendly. the grilled cheese sandwiches and the plates looked beautiful. Can't fault the place, the food was great, the staff were nice. The cost was decent for the amount of food we got, so much we had to take home some. I had the steak grilled cheese, and the garlic parmesan fries. They were both good. My partner had the Mac goes foraging grilled cheese and the classic poutine. They were both good. The pun wall was great too.

the service was amazing, the cheese selection with the meal times can be a little amazing if they don't know their cheese (like I, but the server could recommend the perfect cheese for my meal and was very atmospheric and entertaining. the meal was amazingly full of taste and the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Nice to see this quality in a local business and will soon try again more of the menu.

What can I say...cheese...cheese and more cheese! Amazing food, beer battered curds with the sriracha sauce just makes you feel dirty...cheese shouldn't be allowed to taste that good! Rest of the menu is just as much of a delight and the cocktail menu, which although limited (at the moment) is more than made up for by the quality of those on it; one of the best White Russians I've had in a long time.
