Very nice Server Quick Service On the square near a pretty fountain

The waiters were really nice. The food was fresh. "Espadon " was perfectly cooked. The portions were even too big for us. Terrace was nice. Young team. What more can you ask for!

Fabulous place. Underrated probably due to location, stuck in the middle. Modern French food. If you go more than once the waiters are lovely and will cater to your needs. Great place for gluten allergies. Perfect place for food lovers with a sofisticated modern twist. If you're a burger and pizza person go to McDonalds

I wandered the square at dinner checking out the board menus and I was attracted to Follia by the tarjine with fish and shrimp. It was good, and the fact that it came with couscous was different and interesting. It was a huge portion, though, so I was too full for dessert. This is a lively square which makes for nice people watching and Follia is especially nice on a windy day as they have partial walls separating from the other outdoor restaurants.

Ok, first of all this place did take us without a reservation on a busy Friday night so I cannot fault them. But they were under staffed for the amount of guests they had. The staff that were working were doing their best, really trying hard. Water was ice cold. Food came out slow but when it did it was tasty. The pasta was fresh however felt it was overlooked for my liking.Not certain if I would return again. So many other options around. I did take some great pics of the food which as I stated was tasty. I always read and remember the bad reviews somehow. None of what I read there 'came true'. Took a 'cheap' rose wine ( touloubre ) which was not too sweet, crisp and refreshing. My daughter took the duck, me the lamb. Both really tasty and side seasoning (sorry if not the correct words) were great and more than enough. Too bad the chef can't come to the tables, kitchen is in a side-street, I would tell him I'll come back. (Daughter studies here for a year, not that it ads something to the review). Service was friendly and fast.So come to the middle of the square, and be surprised what you can get for a 'normal' price in the south of France. Greetings from a satisfied Belgian

With 7 of my friends - our last meal in Aix. Really looking forward to eating here ,unfortunately it had gone quite cool and not sat near the heat !But having looked at menu quite happy with selection even more so when I saw swordfish .Ordered drinks 1st and sadly mine and another friends never arrived - even on reminding still didn't happen - finally after more requests they did .I suspect ours being the larger table made the problem - as they had to run from the original restaurant in street to the glass restaurant in square .Finally some of our meals arrived mine being one - was not really hot - but was hungry and it was delicious - but others had waited for more time and then when their...

Had lunch here while visiting Aix for the day.The local square is littered with restaurants and it was difficult to choose one! This was definitely a more expensive option, but the quality matched the prices.We had foie gras for starters (huge portion, and very deliciously paired with marinated figs, onion compote and some toast. For mains my partner had a catalane-type stew with rabbit and chorizo sausage - very delicious. Lots of meat inside and very well prepared.
