"We decided to spend a year at this pleasant place in the industrial area of Ariccia. We expected to find, seen the fixed price menu, an impeccable organization but anything else. The place was overcrowded and the people so shy that to go to the bathroom it was necessary to do a ginkana trying to slave the frantic waiters with the Flemish pigeons. The food was good even if, in some cases, unloaded. It was clear that there was an overbooking and the remaining space for music was definitely insufficient. The extremely slow service as the kitchen was short of staff,bancomat not working.The positive note the karaoke with the very sympathizers and music and dances for all tastes."

You eat everything very well, but the Roman Pinsa is one of the best ever. I also recommend risotto with scampi cream.

Restaurant located in the industrial area of Ariccia, very squalid. The room has a pleasant modern furnishings with an external glass wall and a kitchen. Food cooked discreetly and the Pinsa very good. Only big sins the waiting time and the staff not just up to it.

Really special dinner! My husband took a dish of carbonara pasta and I a cut of meat with rocket and balsamic grilled vegetables and pizza bread instead of bread! In the end we ordered tart with ricotta and black cherry and peel with cream and berries! All superb!! We will definitely come back!! Good chef!

It could not be more than positive the random choice made last weekend. Discover the ravioli with a delicate taste, excellent the tender cut, simply fabulous the radicchio gorgonzola and walnuts and what about the first delicious dish made on my desire: you were perfect in all without forgetting the fast and especially kind attentive service!

I came especially to make the menu round pinsa..... but at the request of how this menu was working I was specified that the pinsa was not carried to rotation of tranci of various taste, but a whole per person, then to the request to politely leave at least ONE first pinsa with the flowers for my wife I was told that it was not possible because the choice was made from the kitchen, so we opted for two pinse choices on the menu; with good tastes. Now I would recommend a little more courtesy and put other vegetables on the vegetarian and not carrots! !

"I had heard and read about the Parlo bistro, located in Genzano di Roma, always in a flattering way and therefore curiosity and expectations were high. The place is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing with good background music. The tables are large and sufficiently spaced. The menu offers burgers and baos all stuffed with quality raw materials, as can be seen from the menu, with the plus that all the buns and baos are homemade. To start, we tasted the mini bao mix on the menu under the starters heading. The bao is perfect, it just serves to bring the filling into your mouth because it dissolves immediately without needing to be chewed. The fillings of 2 of the 4 baos are characterized by crunchiness, they are the veggie and the fish, they are delicious. All the flavors can be felt distinctly and the homemade mayonnaise is a plus which gives a nice boost. The ginger and lime mayonnaise stands out in the fish. The third of the mini baos is stuffed with a mini Chianina burger which, despite its small size, remains juicy and tasty, the presence of kimchi is interesting. The last of the 4 mini baos, certainly not for goodness, is the one with the dark pork belly. Dark pork belly is one of the traditional Chinese dishes and I must say that after tasting different interpretations, this is one of the ones I liked the most. The pork remains with a very thin crunchy crust, very juicy inside, the typical Chinese sauce that accompanies it, with its sweet and salty taste at the same time, pairs perfectly. After this introduction we tried our hand at a bao and a burger also to try the brioche bun. The PBLT is a squid ink brioche bread with grilled prawns inside, I would add nice prawns, crispy bacon and pink sauce. Curiosity arose from the prawn paired with bacon. After tasting it I have to say that it is a truly excellent combination. The bacon is cooked to perfection, crispy like potato chips. In some places it was a little too tasty, but apart from that, together with the tenderness and right humidity of the prawn it is truly an explosion of taste in the mouth. Also in this case the bun is absolutely meltable and serves to bring its contents to the mouth. The bao on the other hand was the IKA bao. Always with squid ink with inside a cuttlefish croquette fried in panko, accompanied by a sriracha mayonnaise, a typical spicy oriental sauce but at the same time with a sweetish aftertaste. The croquette fried in panko crunched under the teeth which was a pleasure, also because the frying was very dry and well done. A sign that in the kitchen they know what it means to have the frying oil at the right temperature so that the frying is light, crispy and dry All baos and burgers are served with triple-cooked homemade potatoes, accompanied by 3 jars containing 3 mayonnaises in which to dip the potatoes. I personally really enjoyed that lime and ginger. We accompanied everything with 2 small beers and a mineral water for a cost of €48. The price is up to the quality of the proposal. If I had the Parlo bistro under my house they would see me very often, a recommended place."
