Great food, Great service...... just a joy to visit and sample amazing food and a cheeky drink

This happened to be my first pub on my first trip to the UKThe location, scenery, ambiance is second to none.

I come from the city and just loved the open view the beer garden had. Home brew cold cider was spot on as well Speisekarte ansehen

Just had a wonderful family 70 th birthday gathering and the Staff and food was amazing. I would highly recommend a visit.

The pub has a great ambiance, and despite initially thinking the menu was average, the food turned out to be fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed overnight for the Goodwood Members Meeting, we were lucky to get a room due to a cancellation. Beautiful old pub, great food and lovely staff. We would stay again Speisekarte ansehen

This country pub is absolutely excellent. The staff is friendly, they have a great selection of real ale, the food is delicious, and there is a beautiful roaring fire. It's the perfect place on a cold November day. Highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the vegan "fish and chips" was actually deep-fried banana blossom at this restaurant. The portion size was large and it came with vegan tartar sauce and chips. We also enjoyed the vegan lemon drop cake with sorbet. The staff was very knowledgeable about the variety of vegan options available at a pub named after a famous fox hunt in a conservative agricultural area, which was a great discovery.

absolutely beautiful pub, stunning location and amazing service from all employees. we were for a long weekend for goodwood festival of speed in pub and despite the employment, the staff were all very friendly, attentive and happy to help. the rooms were perfect and the food was absolutely delicious (breakfast, lunch and dinner) the location of the pubs is perfect for anyone visiting the superb goodwood or goodwood revival festival of speed. large pub gardens with a new terrace, beautiful fairy lights and the best view of the landscape. perfect weekend could not recommend the pub enough and can not wait to come and stay again soon!
