Dear staff, my daughter follows a gluten-free diet, and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. He answered all our questions thoroughly.

Very good service and good for big groups. It does get quite busy of a Saturday night! I’d order the chicken and prawn Alfredo pasta again, very generous portion. I wouldn’t recommend the buffalo Mac and cheese bites, nothing special in my opinion.

We enjoyed a lovely, quiet atmosphere during our visit. Our waiter was fantastic, taking great care of us. The food was delicious, and we were really impressed by the desserts. The kid's milk tablet topped with ice cream for just three quid was a delightful surprise. We'll definitely be coming back!

Wasn't busy good lighting very welcoming they are friendly staff got taken to table promptly. Took our order after coming back to us the second time as we couldn't decide . Asked if we wanted a drink first but we finally made our minds up. Lot's of choice as I'm vegetarian went fir vegan choices quite a few there doing a lot better now for veggie and vegan eater's.

I absolutely love Frankie and Benny's! We visited for a birthday celebration and had a fantastic evening. The staff was polite and friendly, and there were no issues with meal changes. The restrooms were very clean, too! Prices are reasonable, averaging around £20 per person excluding alcohol. The portions are quite generous, and everything was delicious. It's a great spot to enjoy with friends, celebrate a birthday, or have a meal with your partner.

Me and my family ate here today. It was crowded, as usual, but the staff were very accommodating. The staff are amazing, even though it was completely packed up, not once did you see any of them look tired. They really do a remarkable job and are always cheerful and helpful. It's always service with a smile. Definitely the best staff. I hope they are paid well. The food is very tasty and the prices are very reasonable. Portions are very generous. Eat here is you want to have tasty food served by amazing staff.

Great place for well cooked food, these people know how to cook was served by a great waiter I believe his name was Lass but don't hold me to that. as part of the birthday party of a friend I was invited to a meal in frankie bennys. we were a large group of about 6 8 people and the staff could simply sort a group table for us directly in the middle of the restaurant. my friend, who used to be at franky benny, suggested that I try the warm garlic balls as starter. they receive about 4 6 teig balls in one part and they offer them pots of garlic paste. I have to say that I was absolutely addicted to her garlic paste and the teigballs tasted amazingly once immersed in her, I recommend definitiw to get it as an appetizer!
