Frankie Benny's - Speisekarte

Looked like vomit and my daughter didn’t even eat hers. Warmed up in microwave. I made myself eat my burger because I was so hungry but I really regret it. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered the classic cheese burger and it was dismal. No sauce, the cheese was tasteless and the patty was like a supermarket bought, over processed slab of something that only mildly resembled meat. The rest was just ‘ok’, I’ll not be back.

Had a catch up with friends on Thursday evening, was very busy when we arrived, our waitress was amazing and attentive. The manager was informative, calm and reassuring despite the wait on food, went out of his way to make sure we were happy before we left. Food was excellent once it arrived. The staff that we were served by were lovely and deserve to be told that. As for the food and the experience, I haven’t been for years and the new branding just doesn’t work for us. The food is basic, no presentation in the dishes we had and the restaurant was quite dirty. The food was nice what we had tho and I would go back to try again if we were passing. Thanks to our server, I would mention her but she didn’t leave a name on our receipt :

My daughter and I regularly visit Frankie Benny's in TW for our post swimming tea. We always look forward to it! We're immediately welcomed by a friendly, happy face all the staff are super efficient and offer a speedy service, even at peak times! The manager, (sorry, don't know his name) and all of his staff, especially Gaby are great! The atmosphere and music is always upbeat. It's a good all rounder and excellent value! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Went here for breakfast which isn't unusual, but what was unusual was how empty it was and it didn't have its usual music on, all we could hear was radio music blasting from a staff room. The last time I visited I found a piece of shell in my food but I thought I'd give it another go. Sadly I was dissapointed, the omelette was so bland and tasteless! This is a US styled burger joint, it's a large area, well furnished with a good soundtrack. However we visited at a lunchtime and although there were perhaps 20 customers the place was quite flat, no atmosphere, quite dead. For this place to thrive it needs lively staff, the two we had were not at all. One miserable the other tired. This is a pity because the food for what it is is pretty good particularly the kids set menu. It may be better in the evening, however I hope this place survives, we will return if it's still there.

Rubbish , lackluster attention to detail. Items like the cream soda arrived without the cherry, the dessert was supposed to come with a sprig of mint. They just expect the customer to not notice. Waiters are lazy and when I pointed out that my drink was missing the cherry, he went away to check and we never heard about it again. Food is also poor. Frankie's and Benny's are not what they used to be, the new menu is hopeless. They used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but after not visiting for a long time they have changed the menu beyond recognition and become worse in every aspect. They are an absolute joke, no wonder the parent company is shutting down restaurants.

Had recently seen posts on Facebook regarding this restaurant having new management and thought we'd pop in pre-film. Visited on Saturday night (7th May) with my family, booked a table well in advance, were greeted very nicely upon entry which always makes things a lot nicer. Upon seating we noticed that something wasn't quite right, the restaurant was pretty much full, the most full we've seen it in a long while to be honest, partway through us ordering our drinks the manager went into the kitchen we assumed to speak with his kitchen team, he didn't come back out through the duration of our meal.
