"This was one of our favourite places for lunch or dinner (per my previous review). This year though, something has gone wrong. I believe the restaurant changed hands. The food is average, and the service is poor. We have taken visitors to Friends twice this summer, and both times have come away disappointed. On our last visit, the order was messed up with the wrong food coming out, and when it went back to be corrected, it was forgotten altogether. The service is poor, there are no apologies for mistakes, and there seems to be a lack of service training. It is a real shame because it was spot on previously. Un lugar excelente para comer, cenar merendar, siempre bien atendido en esta ocasión una chica morena, latina, muy maja que no paraba de sonreír. La comida siempre es diferente a otros sitios y hacen carta especial, muy rico todo a buen precio y en un lugar inmejorable con vistas increíbles !
